Watch Dogs Needed for Local, State and Federal Groups
During one of our recent Saturday morning Tea Time Breakfasts, Watch Dog groups were formed. If you are interested in working in one of these groups for local, state or federal, please contact us. Or come to one of our Saturday discussion groups.
Federal Watch Dog Group:
I am doing the Federal Watch Dog.
I am monitoring what is happening in Congress, but beyond that I haven't done anything else. I hope to get more people involved and would like for a notice to go out encouraging others to join me. I am in touch with Congressman Roe's office as well as Senator Corker and Senator Alexander. I am looking at getting together on a regular basis as does the Education Committee. I am thinking about a week night and location. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
